Whether you're preparing for tryouts or looking to get back into top shape, the Back to Shape program is built to get you ready—fast. Over two weeks, players will combine high-quality on-ice training with dynamic off-ice conditioning to build speed, strength, and confidence.

With limited group sizes, every athlete benefits from close supervision, personalized feedback, and maximum time on the puck. This level of attention is simply not possible in large hockey schools.
We foster a positive and focused training atmosphere that encourages hard work, accountability, and growth. Players leave each session motivated, challenged, and ready to take the next step.
Program Overview
Off-Ice Training:
- Parc Poly Arena - Brossard (outdoor)
- Tuesdays & Fridays at 17:00 and 18:00
* In case of bad weather, sessions will be moved to a different time or day

On-Ice Training:
- Quarter Ice – Sainte-Julie Arena
- Saturdays & Sundays* Exact times confirmed in advance (between 14:00–18:00)
Group Details
- Age Categories: U9 · U11 · U13
- Max 6 players per age group
- On-Ice Format: 3 players per group + 1 goalie
- Goalies included
Cost
- $350 CAD for the full 2-week program
- Includes: 4 off-ice and 4 on-ice sessions
- Payment by Interac e-Transfer only
- Deadline: Full payment required before August 11
Conditions & Refund Policy
- Full refund available until August 11
- After the first on-ice session, a $250 refund may be requested
- No refunds after the second on-ice session
- No refunds for missed sessions or absences
- No refunds due to weather-related schedule changes
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed form and the Interac e-transfer.
- If fewer than 4 players register for an age group before August 11, all payments will be fully refunded.
