Progress starts off the ice — and it doesn’t stop when the season ends.
Our off-ice training program helps hockey players stay active, strong, and sharp year-round.
Come to one of the available time slots on the day that suits you, based on the number of sessions you’ve purchased.
Start date: May 5th 2025
Finish date: September 7th 2025
Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Location: Poly-Arena Park, Brossard, QC J4Y 1R2, Canada
Price: $18 per session
Groups are separated based on age and performance level.
The exercises vary slightly from day to day and target all aspects of a hockey player's development.

About the Program
Why Off-Ice Training Matters
The off-season isn’t time off — it’s time to level up. Staying active during the summer is key to preventing injuries, maintaining momentum, and returning to the ice stronger.
Each 60-minute session is designed to hit every pillar of a hockey athlete’s development:
- Speed & Agility — Quick feet = faster plays
- Strength & Stability — Build hockey-specific muscle and prevent injuries
- Explosiveness — Improve first-step power and game-changing bursts
- Endurance & Recovery — Go harder, longer
- Stretching & Mobility — Stay loose, increase flexibility, avoid strain
- Coordination & Reaction Time — Train your reflexes and movement separation
- Leadership & Discipline — Build strong habits, mindset, and team mentality

- U10: Focus on movement, fun, and building an athletic foundation
- U13: Develop core strength, body control, and healthy habits
- U16: Emphasize speed, explosiveness, mobility, and conditioning
- U18 / Junior: Prioritize intensity, power, mental sharpness, and game readiness
Staying consistent through the off-season ensures a confident return to the ice.
What to Expect
✔ Outdoor Training: Most sessions take place outside, with a mix of dynamic equipment. Outdoor settings allow athletes to move freely and develop explosiveness naturally.
✔ Weather Policy: In case of bad weather, sessions may be canceled or moved indoors. If a session is canceled, a make-up session will be offered at another time.
✔ Gear: No special equipment required. Just come dressed in proper athletic gear and running shoes.
✔ Hydration: Water is always available, and Gatorade is provided occasionally.

Train at the time and on the day that work best for you!
Show up at 5 PM or 6 PM for a one-hour session, on the day that fits your schedule.
