Our off-ice training program helps hockey players stay active, strong, and sharp year-round.

Groups are separated by age and performance level. Exercises vary slightly each week and target all aspects of a hockey player’s development.

Each 60-minute session is designed to develop every pillar of a hockey athlete’s performance:

What to Expect
✔ Outdoor Training: Sessions take place outside with dynamic equipment, helping athletes move freely and develop explosiveness naturally.
✔ Weather Policy: In case of bad weather, session may be canceled or moved indoors.

Your Coach
At 21, Bohdan Zinchenko began his professional career in the FPHL and is currently playing with the Indiana Sentinels. With over 90 professional games played and more than 55 points recorded, he has quickly established himself at the pro level. Trained in the QJHL and invited to the Baie-Comeau Drakkar’s camp (QMJHL), Bohdan brings a blend of elite junior and professional experience to his game.
Throughout his journey, he has developed unique and highly effective on-ice drills, building strong expertise in player development and performance-based training rooted in real professional experience.
