Player name and information needed to organize training.

3. Coach Reviews Program

After a training session is confirmed as completed, BZ Hockey may invite a parent or guardian to evaluate the coach through a private link sent by email.

A review may contain a rating from one to five stars and an optional written comment.

Review invitations use unique access tokens to help protect submissions and prevent duplicate reviews. Tokens expire after a limited period.

Written comments may be reviewed before publication. Individual parent email addresses and private invitation tokens are not intended for public display.

Public coach ratings may be presented in aggregate form when sufficient eligible reviews are available.

4. Children's Privacy

Our training programs may involve minors. Registration, communications, and coach evaluations are intended to be managed by parents, guardians, or other authorized adults.

We do not intend to collect personal information directly from children through the Coach Reviews program. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding personal information associated with their children.

5. Email Communications

BZ Hockey uses email services, including Google Gmail API, to send operational communications and coach review invitations.

You may ask us to stop sending optional coach review invitations by contacting us at the address below. Essential communications related to training services may still be necessary.

6. Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management, payment processing, scheduling, and business administration.

These providers receive information only as needed to perform their respective services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Information Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including controlled administrative access, restricted review links, and secure handling of invitation credentials.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service administration, quality management, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.
