Welcome to BZ Hockey LLC ("BZ Hockey"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and online features, including the Coach Reviews program.
By using these online services, you agree to these Terms. Specific hockey training programs, payments, refunds, and participation arrangements may be governed by separate agreements or policies.
1. Our Services
BZ Hockey provides hockey training programs, coaching, organized activities, and related administrative services.
Our website may provide access to program information, communications, scheduling, and coach evaluations.
2. Authorized Use
You agree to use our online services lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting forms, requests, or evaluations.
You must not attempt to access administrative systems, other users' information, or private review links without authorization.
3. Coach Reviews
The Coach Reviews program allows eligible parents or guardians to provide feedback regarding a coach associated with a training session.
A private invitation may be sent following a confirmed training session. Each eligible parent or guardian may submit one review for the relevant coach and event.
Review links are personal, may expire, and should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
4. Ratings and Comments
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with BZ Hockey training services.
When submitting a review, you agree not to include:
- Knowingly false or misleading statements.
- Threats, harassment, or discriminatory content.
- Unnecessary personal information about minors.
- Private contact details or confidential information.
- Spam, advertising, or malicious links.
5. Review Moderation
BZ Hockey may review submitted comments before they are displayed publicly.
We may reject, withhold, or remove content that violates these Terms, compromises privacy, or is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate.
Moderation does not guarantee that every submitted statement has been independently verified.
6. Use of Submitted Content
You retain ownership of your original written feedback. By submitting it, you grant BZ Hockey a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, display, and use the feedback for coach evaluation and service quality purposes.
We may publish ratings in aggregate form and display approved comments in connection with our services, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
7. Website Availability
We strive to maintain reliable website services. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
We may update or modify website features when reasonably necessary for security, operation, or improvement.
8. Intellectual Property
BZ Hockey names, logos, website design, and original materials are owned by BZ Hockey or their respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Indiana and the United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
